Cancer Treatment with Osteopathy | Osteopathy Health Care

Pt.1 What Can Be Done To Prevent Cancer?

Let’s talk about cancer

We all have heard about cancer and just the word often brings about a sense of gloom. For the purpose of this blog let’s understand medically what cancer really is and how it develops in our body. A tumor or cancer cell is the unhealthy natural outgrowth of the living arterial blood when perverted from normal functioning, and the appropriation of such blood which has been delivered to the organ but not carried away by venous return. It is believed this is why tumors are produced.

How does it develop?

All things are produced by cause, so to treat just the side effects in cancer is unwise. We may remove tumors with a knife or drug, but it's very likely to appear again unless we remove the cause. Thus osteopathy seeks to cure, not to waste flesh, blood or life. The remedy is normalising the nerve and arterial circulation and when the obstructing cause is removed, the cancer cells will begin to disappear. The disease manifests on an energetic/emotional level first and then onto a physical level.

Emotional trauma is the prime cause of cancer

E.g Deep hurt, long standing resentment. Deep secret or grief eating away at the self. Carrying hatred.

Why do some people develop cancer and others don’t?

The European Journal of Cancer linked emotional stress with down-regulation of the immune system. It explored how depression could suppress killer T cell formation in the body, retard repair of damaged DNA and trigger apoptosis (cell death). They concluded that "psychological or behavioural factors may influence the incidence or progression of cancer through psychosocial influences on immune function and other physiological pathways."

Human beings are very susceptible to the creation of lesions in the brain and organs due to shock and trauma. These types of lesions create something like a short-circuit in the brain that if unresolved can give birth to cancerous tumors.

CT scans also showed that concentric circle lesions often also form in a related organ at the same time as they appear in the brain. This is generally the organ that develops cancer. This validates a physical basis for the mind-body connection.

Why are particular organs affected by cancer (uterus/ovary, colon, liver, etc)? What causes the overgrowth of cells in these particular organs?

Two things in our system must be perfectly normal. Firstly, the artery and its nerves must deliver constantly, on time and in sufficient quantity. Secondly, the venous system and its nerves must perform their function and allow no accumulations. These two demands are absolute. The blood must go through and be delivered by the artery, and the venous system must carry the venous blood and all other substances back to the heart. When this doesn't happen, tumors appear as the result of such interference with the blood flow, either from or to the heart.

Dr Shruti : On this foundation I see why we have tumors and why we have venous congestion.

A dislocated hip, coccyx, sacrum, innominate, lumbar vertebra or rib will produce an abnormal irritation, paralysis, stagnation, secondary growth of the uterus, kidneys, bladder or other organ.

In tumors of the uterus I have found abnormalities between the 8th thoracic vertebrae and the coccyx, which have produced stagnation of nerve and blood force.

Metaphysical/emotional causes for different types of cancer:

What can you do to prevent Cancer?

  1. GET REGULAR MEDICAL CHECK UPS, SCREENING.

  2. DO NOT RESIST YOUR EMOTIONS, TALK IT OUT AND LET GO OF THE PAST TRAUMATIC MEMORIES/RELATIONSHIPS. FORGIVE AND FORGET.

  3. TAKE OSTEOPATHY TREATMENTS FOR PREVENTION, IMPROVE THE VITALITY OF THE BODY AND THE MIND.

  4. MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, EXERCISE, EAT GOOD NUTRITIOUS FOOD AND MOST IMPORTANTLY KEEP GOOD MENTAL HYGIENE.

Pt. 2 How Can Osteopathy Improve the Lives of Cancer Patients?

If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, here’s how Osteopathy can help you live a healthier life and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy.

Osteopathy treatments consist of evaluating and treating the body-mind imbalance at the root. It helps in relieving the side effects of chemotherapy such as joint pains, bowel and bladder dysfunctions, headaches or neurological symptoms, loss of appetite, nausea, fatigue, increasing swelling and breathing difficulties.

Treatments not only manage these symptoms but also help patients transform their emotionally-based lesions.
